Estimated costs for clinical or surgical admission, procedures or tests in the Diagnostic Center or services in the Oncology Center should be paid at the beginning of treatment. The amount may vary during treatment. If additional payments are required, you will be informed.
In case of emergency, payment may be made later, except if there is need for admission. In such case, the bill must be paid while you are at the hospital.
Payment may be made with credit or debit card, banking transfer, accounts' exchange, checks from Brazilian banks or cash. We do not accept foreign currency. In case of transfers, check the banking data with the International Patient Service Center and send by email the confirmation of payment including the patient’s name and details of the procedure: payment@hsl.org.br
Medical fees are charged separately from the hospital bill and should be paid in cash in the medical office or at the area of Medical Fees.
