The Volunteer Corps was set up 25 years ago, because the Hospital Sírio-Libanês understands that volunteer work is an important tool for solidarity and citizenship. Nowadays, there are more than 200 members. All are given training to enable them to dedicate themselves to intensifying the human aspects of relations with patients and companions.
